A Ready-To-Wear gown is a gown created to our standard size chart (see our size chart for size range). Ready-to-wear gowns are made according to standard measurements. We recommend purchasing a gown that is closest to your measurements. A guide can be found alongside our size chart. All of our ready to wear gowns can be altered by your trusted seamstress if required.  

Made-To-Measure gowns are created from your personal measurements, to get a closer fit to your true size. To give the best fit, we require certain measurements and details. A guide can be found alongside our size chart to show you how to measure yourself. Due to the personal element of Made-To-Measure, we can arrange a virtual video call to assist with your measurements. 

For brides looking for a truly unique gown we offer a bespoke service, meaning your gown will be designed and created by our designer specifically for you. Through this service we offer a truly bespoke experience including complimentary consultation, sessions with our designer to sketch your gown view fabrics and have your measurements take and various fittings of a sample dress before your final gown is created. With a bespoke gown you can be a unique as you want and have your dream dress created to be an individual as you are. For more information please see the bespoke page in our about section. The bespoke time frame varies based on each individual client however we recommend allowing yourself at least 10 months prior to your wedding. (Please contact us for further details) 

An additional service we are happy to offer is the customisation of our Made-To-Measure gowns. Customisation allows you to personalise elements of our collection through a range of fabric options, changes to dress silhouettes and styles. For example, we can use the fabric from one dress and make it into the style of another or add sleeves to gowns, if you please contact us for further information. We are more than happy to accommodate most requests. 

Due to our gowns being handmade, the production time frame for our dresses varies; 

- Ready-To-Wear gowns have a production time of 1 - 2  months. 

- Made-To-Measure gowns have a production time of 3 - 4 months. 

- Customised gowns have a production time of 4 - 5 months. (Please contact us for further details) 

With all of our gown we aim to deliver the best option tailored to your requirements, therefore we do offer priority production to allows for a shorter time frame at an additional fee. Due to the nature of our pieces being handmade, we recommend buying your dress as early as possible on your wedding journey. 

For brides looking for a dress within a short time frame, we recommend purchasing directly from our Ready-To-Wear collection. This would allow us to create and ship your dress in a 1-2 month time frame. However, if we have a dress in stock, we can ship out a Ready-To-Wear dress as a priority for you. Please do contact us for further information and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

We always recommend buying your dress as soon as you know it's your dream dress. Due to our pieces having different production times based on the service you may require, we recommend at least 6 months prior to your wedding purchasing your gown for any Made-To-Measure dresses. Ready-To-Wear dresses may be available if they are in stock. We also do offer a priority service at an additional fee should you need a dress within a shorter timeframe.

We ship internationally using a tracked UPS service. All of our deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.  All of the dresses are shipped from our studio in Essex, United Kingdom.

Each piece is shipped out individually to our brides directly from us, using a tracked UPS service. This can take between 3-14 business days. We understand the importance of shipping your dress to you. Therefore, we will be on hand to send out confirmation once your dress is shipped until it safely arrives at your door.  

We understand how important it can be to find your dream dress and we would love to be part of your wedding journey.
